Kamala Harris is the 49th and incumbent Vice President of the Untied States. She was the first female Vice-President, the highest ranking female official in US history, and announced her 2024 Campaign for President on July 21st 2024. After president Joe Biden withdrew his bid for reelection he endorsed her the same day.

FYI: Her first name is  pronounced KA-MA-LA (like the word common). Her name "Kamala" in Sanskrit translates to "Lotus". Kamala Harris is of Jamaican and Asian descent.
